  The salesman from Coastal Flooring came to our house and measured 2 room which we were going to put wood laminate floors. When the floor was delivered I noticed the quote was more then what I originally signed. When I call I was told that the salesman forgot to include the installation of the quarter round molding. When the installer was finished with the floor installation there was 1 full box plus most of another box left. Of course Coastal will not take the full box back so I'm stuck with it. Today the installing was installing the quarter round and was short 40 feet and I had to go to Lowes to purchase it in order for him to finish. So that was an additional cost to me. I intended to purchase tile for a backsplash from them, but after this I will not be using them. I would recommend anyone getting a quote from them to make sure it's a firm quote and that your price doesn't change. On a positive note, the installers John and his wife did an excellent job.

  To give Coastal Flooring a one star is an exaggeration! They have the worst management, customer service and finished work we have ever seen! Jamie their so called designer, who did the measuring for our flooring, new kitchen cabinets, and countertops is a wreck! Wish we had trusted our instincts after working with them and seeing their finished products. We spent $25 ,000.00 for poor workmanship and lousy results. They hire fly by night contractors and have proved to us they do not care about customer satisfaction. Will tell everyone and anyone who will listen not to go there! Pictures to prove it!
