Groza Builders built a home for us. It was partly a Groza floorplan with many changes. They were very easy to work with even though we were 1500 miles away. When it was completed anything that needed attention was taken care of promptly. Very happy with Groza Builders.

My experience with Groza was generally excellent. The people are great and the product - home -- is wonderful quality. So far, it is everything I was expecting and a little more. I would rate the home construction an "A". On another note, I would rate the yard "C", at best. The sod not level, at all. Will take couple years to level out. Please don't go into a build situation without experience. There are hundreds of decisions to be made and the owner/buyer needs to be on their toes to achieve the greatest benefits of this wonderful opportunity.
