  I had one of the worst experience I ever had in a store kind of bizarre. I take my 8 month old shop with me and I was carrying him while the employee was filling up one of the cart, I see he was doing both at a time so I tell him to put everything in one cart because for a question of común sense I was carrying the baby, he was a little upset because I see him to start putting the stuff in the same cart with an actitud and not even looking for space just one on top of the other ones, soon he was done and had no intention to push the cart, I take the cart my self and start pushing it. I hear from the distance the cashier tell him to help me and also I heard him telling her she doesn’t want any help !!! I got furious at that point my baby was sleeping and I just wanted to get home , but then at the door a customer ask someone that was right behind me to help me and yet I heard the same respond she doesn’t want any help!!! It was the same guy at that point furious doesn’t even covered , he was fallowing me the entire time and yet still have the actitud and the same response. I look at him and tell him -why you keep saying that I want no help !!! All I ask you was to put everything in one cart !!! I guess you got upset and take that as I don’t want any help!!! He give me a smile, a smile !!!!! and walk away. How was my surprise when I talk to the manager and again with an actitud tell me she was watching and that I didn’t want any help , you have to be kidding me , what tipe of people work in this place, I didn’t have to ask for help !!! Doesn’t the employee supposed to get the cart and help me or even ask me do you want me to push the cart . What tipe of manager handled a situation like that ,ok what else can i do for you??? Like they did anything at all !!! I got no purpose other that express my frustration and bring to her attention that her employees needed to have a better customer service and actitud and here she is calling me a LIAR. A 5’4 woman with a 8 month baby sleeping on her lap needed to tell someone she needed help to push a fill up shopping cart . That is the tipe of employees at this publix.
