I can tell you the people at this location are misinformed, not trained and pure ignorant about sprint and all things related. I canceled my sprint plan, returned my phones and was told wrong information over and over by these people. Rose in particular is horrible, uninformed and rude. Because of them I’ve lost hundreds of dollars. If you have sprint(which I don’t recommend either) DO NOT count on this location for anything beneficial!
