  The lady iema or erma in the deli is extremely rude and refused to give me her name... i got it from her immediate boss - a deli manager , and i have reported the multiple experiences with her to corporate ... the deli is a joke in general... always understaffed with a unpleasant (or 2 if you're lucky) people working back there... the rest of the store is pretty good - except for the fact that the shelves have huge empty holes of things i usually buy... very frustrating... i will be shopping elsewhere from now on.....
